Mutton keema - 1 cup
Tur dal - 1 cup soaked in water
Chopped onion - 1cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
Coriander pwd - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Whole spices - cinnamon 1 stick , cardamom 2, clove 3 and nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1 nos
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Turmeric pwd - 1 tsp
Grated papaya - 1 tbsp
Directions
Pressure cook the soaked tur dal .
Heat oil add Bay leaf, whole spices and chopped onion , fry it till brown colour.
Add ginger garlic paste and all the dry ingredients. Saute the masalas and add mutton keema and grated papaya, cover the Kadhai and cook till soft.
Now add chopped tomatoes and boiled dal, salt . Cook them another 5 - 7 minutes. Pour 1 tbsp ghee and serve.
